Body Centering is a mindful, somatic based approach to transformation and self -awareness. The Hakomi Method, also known as Body Centering was developed by Ron Kurtz in the 1970s . Body Centering explores one’s own inner landscape focusing on movement, dialogue, gesture, impulses and staying in the present moment.
