If you have an animal (in my case, dogs) or even if you don’t have an animal go visit a dog park or a zoo / and watch them be themselves / being in their body / their natural habitat. This is a great reminder to stretch from limb to limb, head to toe, reach from side to side, twist and shout, shake and shimmy, flex and extend, sway and swish, undulate and roll, rotate and crawl, there are no rules / just move – feeling your body from the inside out / outside in.
